The Details

I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Heather Woolery Lloyd because I am used to waiting for extended periods of time to be seen by any doctor. When I was seen at her within minutes of completing my new patient paperwork, which by the way was completed on an IPad (very savvy), I was impressed. The idea of spending time in the spot-less waiting area was not bad either as it has a true ”spa” feel which would have definitely help me relax after dealing with my hectic mom schedule. When it comes to my skin, which is fair and sun damaged, being seen by an experienced professional is top on my agenda. One of the reasons I went to to see the doctor was to address my sun spots and uneven skin tone. Dr. Woolery-Lloyd, who has great credentials and is affiliated with University of Miami Dermatology Department, gave me a great plan to address my skin care needs and then gave me an amazing peel,. She asked a lot of questions that helped us choose the best peel for me and gave me recommendations to help me work on a long-range plan that would get my skin in its best condition. As a super busy mom it gave me hope for a younger appearance in 2012. The Specific Beauty product line that is available through the office, so far it seems to be working well. I like the products and could definitely see me getting hooked on them. Because I have been looking at my sun spots for some time, I am very excited that I am addressing them head-on. Many moms that I hang with are dealing with the same issue and I am definitely recommending that they try the Specific Beauty regime. One important point that I want to share is that the location of the office was very convenient. I don’t normally go to mid-town but it took me very little time to get there and it was nice to get out of the normal neighborhoods that I always shop. Driving through downtown Miami reminds me why I live here and was seen on a Saturday so parking was free in the office building. All in all I had a great experience and would highly recommend Heather Woolery-Lloyd,MD.
